  • Develop Scrum/project teams to achieve the best work results

To Product Owner

    • Ensure Scrum/project teams understand product goals, scope, and domain.
    • Recommend effective ways for product backlog management.
    • Assist Product Owner in understanding product development planning based on empirical information.
    • Ensure Product Owner understand how to manage product backlogs to maximize value.

To Development Team

    • Guide the development team to set priorities independently.
    • Help resolve issues that arise in the development team.
    • Guide the development team to implement Agile product delivery.
    • Facilitate Scrum events as needed.

To the Company

    • Act as a change agent for Scrum implementation.
    • Make changes that can improve the productivity of Scrum/project teams.
    • Conduct training/sharing sessions on the Agile framework.
    • Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to enhance the effectiveness of Agile implementation.
    • Ensure Agile product development procedures align with other team procedures.
    • Conduct studies on the needs and usage of supporting tools as needed.
    • Ensure the development team has the initiative to improve product delivery methods with high value and quality.

Driving Agile Transformation & Empowering a High-Performance Support Team at Alto Network

At Alto Network, I joined the Agile Transformation team — a mission-critical initiative to help an established organization evolve from traditional project delivery to a culture of agility, speed, and continuous improvement.

As a core driver of Agile Transformation at Alto Network, I didn’t just champion change — I embedded it.

From designing and facilitating Scrum and Kanban workshops to leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinement sessions, I helped teams across departments adopt Agile not as a process, but as a mindset. This shift empowered teams to deliver faster, adapt quicker, and own outcomes with greater accountability.

But my impact went beyond transformation — I remained deeply embedded in delivery.

I led key aspects of Alto Connect, a mission-critical portal that serves as the single source of truth for enterprise clients monitoring their network experience in real time.

Alto Connect delivers:

  • Real-time traffic and service status monitoring
  • Live uptime & SLA tracking
  • Customizable dashboards and performance reports
  • Self-service feedback and report adjustment submission

My role was instrumental in enabling the RSDC Team — the backbone of client reporting and operational reliability.

I collaborated closely to:

  • Implement automated report generation pipelines, slashing manual effort and human error
  • Build self-service features within Alto Connect, letting users trigger or customize reports without tickets
  • Design real-time error detection systems that flag discrepancies or outages instantly — reducing response time by up to 70%
  • Document and standardize workflows, enabling faster onboarding and scalable operations across 30+ clients

This dual engagement — leading agile culture while driving technical execution — allowed me to bridge the gap between process and product.

It wasn’t just about adopting Agile frameworks. It was about creating faster feedback loops, clearer communication, and shared ownership of results.

ALTO Connect

Alto Connect is a featuring a unified portal for enhanced performance to simplify user access, transaction monitoring and operation (Back Office Apps). The integration of a microservices architecture ensures scalability and agility, allowing ALTO to address diverse business needs concurrently.


RSDC (Reconcilliation, Setllement, Deposit, Claim) Reporting

RSDC is a package system including reconciliation, settlement, deposit, and claim systems to support the ALTO operational team in providing service excellence to ALTO’s clients and partners.
